You can request deletion of your Bud City NJ account, your Hash Cash balance, your order history, and your saved items at any time. We process requests within 30 days as required by New Jersey privacy law and the Google Play and Apple App Store policies.
We retain a minimal record of completed purchases for the period required by New Jersey cannabis retailer recordkeeping rules (N.J.A.C. 17:30-14.5, four years). This retention covers regulator-mandated transaction logs only, your personally-identifying profile is removed.

Open during normal store hours. Ask for the privacy lead and we file the request on your behalf.
Deletion is permanent. Once processed, your Hash Cash balance and order history cannot be restored. If you only want to stop receiving marketing messages, you can do that without deleting your account from your profile settings.
