Starting Mondays in October Lucia will be offering 30-minute HeartMath sessions in Bud City’s Recreation Room every Monday from 1–3 PM.
Lucia is a certified HeartMath® trainer, helping people understand the connection between the heart, mind, and emotions to build resilience, reduce stress, and enhance well-being.
These sessions are open to the community for a chance to explore mindfulness and heart-based wellness in a calm, welcoming space. Whether you’re new to cannabis or simply looking to reconnect with yourself, Lucia’s practice offers a unique opportunity to find balance.
